Top 10 Worst Strikers In The History Of Football

#7. Nick Proschwitz

Nick Proschwitz is a forward who has played for four different English clubs and has failed to impress at any. Proschwitz was born in East Germany and had some impressive form during spells in Germany and Switzerland. Proschwitz signed for Hull City in 2012 for a fee of £2.6 million and fans were eager to see their new big money signing in action. Proschwitz did not deliver. He scored just 3 goals in his three years at the club and very nearly cost his side promotion to the Premier League. Proschwitz missed a penalty in a match against Cardiff City in 2013 who then went up to equalise against Hull in the final few minutes. Had promotion rivals Watford not lost to Leeds that day then Proschwitz would have cost the club a lot of money. Proschwitz then had spells at Barnsley, Brentford, and Coventry and failed to impress at any club. He currently plays in the Belgian lower leagues.
