#10. Beijing Guoan ($167 million)
Founded way back in 1965, Beijing Guoan are the pride and joy of the country’s capital and one of the strongest team in the cash-laden Chinese Super League. The Imperial Guards finished last season in 4th place but are likely to become a force to be reckoned with this time around following the acquisition of the likes of Burak Yilmaz and Renato Augusto. The Chinese giants are the second richest team in Asia and are likely to make further waves in club football thanks to the amount of money they’ve spent on transfer markets of late.
