#10. Cesc Fabregas
Chelsea’s Cesc Fabregas may not have had the best season last year but has proven his quality over the last decade. The La Masia product joined Arsenal in 2003 and was a starting player within a year. The youngster eventually became the Gunners’ captain and spent eight years at the club before returning to FC Barcelona in 2011. The Spanish midfielder is excellent on the ball and is one of the best passers in Premier League history. He returned to England with Chelsea in 2014 and helped the club win the Premier League title in his first season, assisting 18 goals.
