#4. Tom Henning Ovrebo
The name of Tom Henning Ovrebo is still greeted with hatred by Chelsea fans across the world. In 2009, Chelsea were drawn against Barcelona in the Champions League semi final. The first match at Camp Nou was drawn 0-0 and Chelsea took an early 1-0 lead in the second leg through Michael Essien. Chelsea continued to dominate the match and missed a host of chances. The game descended into anarchy when Chelsea had between three and four seemingly-guaranteed penalty appeals turned down by Ovrebo. The Norweigan’s name will forever live with Chelsea fans after Andres Iniesta scored in the 93rd minute with Barcelona’s first shot on target in the match, sending the Spanish side through on away goals. Chelsea striker Didier Drogba was caught swearing to the camera after the match calling it “a disgrace”.
