#3. Arsene Wenger
From the captain to the manager. Arsene Wenger arrived in England in the late 1990s and quickly built up a reputation as a cool, considered Frenchman who took great care with his actions. The titles and cups came easy in that period but things have been a little less fruitful since then. Arsenal haven’t won the Premier League title in 12 years and the longer that goes on, the less cool Arsene Wenger seems to be. Wenger has become incredibly emotional in the last decade and is outbursts against referees, other managers, and styles of play have become commonplace. Maybe if Arsenal win the title next season we’ll see a return of the cool Frenchman which the Premier League fell in love with.
