Chelsea Legend Didier Drogba to Sign for Corinthians

According to (SkySports), Drogba’s contract is about to end with Montreal Impact in Major League Soccer and Corinthians are ready to snap up the Ivory Coast and Ex-Chelsea legend.

Didier Yves Drogba Tebily born 11 March 1978 in Abidjan, Ivory Coast started his youth career at Abbeville in 1989. He played for Vannes, Levallois, Le Mans, Guingamp, Marseille before signing for Chelsea in 2004.

Drogba made his name on the International stage of Football in 2004 when he signed for Chelsea for a huge £24m fee. He scored his debut against Crystal Palace and won his first trophy for Chelsea in the glorious campaign season 2004-05 winning both the Premier League and the League Cup.

Drogba moved to France at the age of five to live with his uncle who was a professional footballer. Drogba couldn’t settle in France and decided to return to Abidjan after three years.
