#7. Reece Oxford: Age 17

Source

Reece Oxford initially showed his worth in last season´s opening match against Arsenal FC at the Emirates. The defender played the first 79 minutes of the match and received a ravenous round of applause from the away fans when he was subbed for Kevin Nolan. Reece cemented his name in history by being the second youngest Premier League starter of all time. The team went on to win the match 2-0 and the Hammers knew that they have a gem on their hands. Regrettably, he hasn´t played a match for West Ham yet in the current season. Perhaps, that´s why they are on such a poor run of form recently?
