7. Eddie Howe, 38 (Bournemouth)
When he was appointed as a manager for Bournemouth in 2009, Eddie Howe (then 31) was the youngest ever manager in Football League and still makes his way into our countdown, since he’s just 38. He used to play as a defender and when he first became Bournemouth’s manager, there was a lot of pressure on his shoulders. In fact, he was also considered for the job of managing the English national football team. He led the team away from relegation when he first joined and 7 years after that, he led the team to play in the Premier League. While it might be a dream for him to win the Premier League this season, who is to say that we will never see him lead a team to Premier League title soon?
