2. Roque Junior
Roque Junior was a player who was an aggressive defender. He loved surging forward when his team had the ball, and hence, he was more of an attacking player instead of a defensive one. However, this habit of his proved to be quite beneficial for Brazil as the side scored 18 times to claim the title. However, his name doesn’t exactly pop up with bright colours when you picture the World Cup winning squad of Brazil. He was more like present-day David Luiz (it seems as if most players in Brazil like attacking). He won 48 caps for Brazil and 2 unofficial representations as well. Due to an injury, he failed to claim his spot in the 23-man list to represent his country in the 2006 World Cup.
