Top 10 World Cup Winners Who Are Most Forgotten

6. JULIANO BELLETTI

Source

Juliano Belletti started his career as a central midfielder for Brazil, but slowly was transformed as a right back. Guess who the legendary right back was for Brazil during the early 2000? It was Cafu! And so, Belletti was kept benched and was a supporting player to Cafu. He would subsequently become a popular figure at Barcelona after scoring the only goal that won them the finals of the Champions League in 2006. His only chance for glory in international colours was when he was brought on as a substitute during the semi-final against Turkey. Even though he was a great player for Chelsea and Barcelona, when you recall the 2002 World Cup winning squad of Brazil, his name doesn’t particularly pop up with shining colours in your head does it?
