3. Sheikh Mansour ($35 billion)
The fifth son of the Emir of Abu Dhabi HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyanm Sheikh Mansour is one of the most popular owners of the football clubs around the world. Manchester City struck gold (or maybe we should say- struck petrol?) when they had a huge wealth of resource of Sheikh Mansour to depend on. He attended the Santa Barbara College as an English student in 1989 and eventually graduated in International Affairs from the United Arab Emirates University in 1993. He was also appointed as the chairman of the Presidential office in 1997. Nevertheless, Manchester City have huge resources now and this helped them to become a serious challenger for the Premier League title.
