10. Lech Poznan
You may not even have heard this name- but did you know that the club is named after the legendary ‘founder’ of the Polish nation- Lech. It is the most popular football club in the greater and developed region of Poland and hence- have the strongest support as a football team. They have an attendance of around 45,000 fans (of Poznan alone) per game- which is higher than those of Chelsea and Manchester City (and yet come at 10th spot in our countdown). When someone from Lech Poznan scores a goal, the fans turn around (with their backs facing the pitch), join each other’s arms and jump up and down. If you truly want to enjoy the ambience of a football stadium, then head to their home stadium for a match against their arch rival Legia Warsaw.
