#10. Kevin De Bruyne (Wolfsburg-Manchester City) £51m
In what proved to be a massive scalp for Manuel Pellegrini’s Manchester City, former Chelsea Player Kevin De Bruyne made a staggering 51 Million Pounds move from Wolfsburg in the Summer Transfer Window of 2015. Even though his recent spell in England’s top tier was far from successful, but that doesn’t stop the blue half of Manchester from spending big on the Belgian. And just as the price tag demanded, De Bruyne came out firing in his first season at the Etihad. Having scored 15 goals in an otherwise disappointing season for Manchester City, Kevin De Bruyne looks to be a real deal in the years to come under Pep Guardiola.
