#10. Riyadh Mahrez – Leicester City
Leicester City won the Premier League last season in what is widely considered as the biggest shock in modern sporting history. The fairytale achievement has already got producers waiting to produce documentaries, and it was the stuff that dreams are made up of. Their unlikely triumph coincided with the rise of Algerian winger Riyadh Mahrez, who had a stunning season, capped off with the PFA player of the year award. The winger contributed 35 goals and assists for the club last season and retaining him was the best move Leicester made in the 2016 summer transfer window.
