#7. Jorge Larrionda
Jorge Larrionda is certainly one of the most hated referees by England fans. In the 2010 World Cup first knockout round, England and Germany were drawn against each other and Larrionda was named as referee. Germany took an early 2-0 lead with goals from Miroslav Klose and Lukas Podolski but England replied through defender Matthew Upson. Two minutes after Upson scored, Frank Lampard took a shot from the edge of the area. The ball rebounded off the crossbar and bounced behind the goal line and back into play. Larrionda waved play on despite the English protests and Germany won the match 4-1.
