Money is literally no object to the Manchester City ownership group so only a few eyebrows were raised when the sky blues shelled out over $78 million for midfielder Kevin De Bruyne. While the ex-Chelsea and Wolfsburg player has not been a disappointment by any means, this has been a strange season for City who find themselves in a Premier League title battle with Leicester City of all teams. De Bruyne has averaged about a goal every four games, which is right at his career average, though his value has fallen since the move as he has failed to set the Etihad alight.
