The extremely agile and acrobatic keeper, Samir Handanovic, trades his services for the Italian outfit, Inter Milan. He grabbed headlines all over in the 2010-11 Serie A season when he made six penalty saves over the course of the season. In doing so, he equaled an all-time league record that was initially set in the 1948-1949 season. Since making his international debut in 2004, he has represented his nation, Slovenia, over 81 times. The man has been honored and acknowledged for his performances between the sticks. He is a two-time recipient of the Serie A Goalkeeper of the Year award. Samir grew up idolizing Peter Schmeichel.
