He holds several records for Roma, including all time top goal scorer, most appearances, top goal scorer in Serie A, top goal scorer in Champions League, top goal scorer in Europa League, top goal scorer in UEFA competitions, and many more records as well.

He also holds several individual records. Totti is oldest player to have scored in a Champions League match (38 years, 59 days). He has scored the most penalties in Serie A, and was the youngest ever club captain (in Serie A). The Italian has been nominated for the FIFA World Player of the Year, the Ballon d’Or, and won the Golden Foot in 2010. The list goes on for quite sometime.

But now finally, at age 40, Francesco Totti will leave Roma. Well, sort of. It seems that he just cannot break ties with the club.
