Antoine Greizmann talked about his future during a publicity event held today, and admitted he is almost fed up with repeated questions he gets on where he will be playing his club football next season. The French superstar has been linked with Manchester United since last summer, and now Real Madrid and Barcelona have also gotten in the mix.
When asked about his future, the 26-year-old said, “I don’t know what to say.” He continued, “It is always the same questions. I have said it many times and I have been on the front pages of newspapers saying so. I have answered, I will not answer that again. I am not fed up, but almost.”
Griezmann fueled the rumors about a possible move to either Madrid or Barcelona few weeks ago when he admitted he’s open to the option in the future. However, when asked about Los Blancos again this afternoon, the forward answered, “At Real Madrid, you have Cristiano [Ronaldo], [Gareth] Bale and [Karim] Benzema.”
The Atletico Madrid superstar will have to focus on some tough fixtures coming up for his club, as Los Rojiblancos take on Madrid derby this Saturday before hosting Premier League champions Leicester City on Wednesday. He is currently the top scorer for the club, scoring 22 goals in all competitions so far this season.
